I recently posted about my Healthy Work From Home Routine and how I am finding balance and achieving my health and wellness goals. It’s so easy to do when you have a clear vision for what you want to achieve. Once you put in the work to determine what your goals are, you can achieve whatever you set your mind to! Here are my tips for how to master a healthy work from home routine.

Plan

Routine Planning

Think about what goals you want to achieve each day or week and use them to plan out your schedule. Once you plan out exactly what you want out of your routine, you’ll be able to better prepare yourself. Planning ahead of time helped me determine that there are some things I need to get done the night before to help me achieve my goals each day.

Here are some questions you can ask yourself to help with the planning:

  • What kind of exercise do you want to introduce into your routine?
  • Do you have any sleep goals?
  • What meals do you need to prep for each day?
  • What personal time will you schedule for yourself each day?

Research

Planning takes research. In order to master the routine you set for yourself, take the time to research workout programs and/or healthy recipes and have those links and resources ready to go so you don’t stray from your goals, or have to look things up as you go. This will set you up for success so you know exactly what the plan is.

Document Everything

Document your day in your journal, calendar or in a daily planner printable. This is my favorite part. It feels so much more doable when you write it down. And this serves as a great resource to look back at your progress and improve upon it as you go. I created my own daily routine printable just for this purpose and I love it! And you can get it too! Share Your Journey

Girls Wellness Night

Share your journey with your friends. They can hold you accountable and once you share, you kinda feel like you need to stick with it! Use social media or get your best girlfriends together to plan your goals and routine with each other. We recently did this at our Girl’s Wellness Night and had such an amazing time sharing our goals with each other.
