Happy Friday! I cannot believe that it is almost the end of March. How is it already Q2 and basically almost summer? I’ve decided to change my Fab Five Friday schedule to monthly at the end of the month. And because Spring is in full swing I’m featuring five of my all time favorite spring/summer, outdoor, poolside favorites! So if you are ready to bask in the warmth of the summer sun, hit the beach or pool, you have to read on for these must have favorites.
1. Hawaiian Tropic Weightless Face Sunscreen
Every spring or summer I always need to reup on my favorite face sunscreen. It’s very light and gives you a beautiful glow. I’ve never had any kind of irritation and it will usually last me all summer. It’s a must have in my pool and beach bag.
2. Target Sandals
I am obsessed with these $12 sandals from target. They are waterproof, perfect for beach and pool days and are so comfortable. I never have to worry about them getting ruined or dirty because they are so cheap, too. Soccer fields? No problem. Beach sand? Falls right out! They are the best.
3. Best Hat for Pool or Beach
I have posted about this hat so many times, but I can’t rave about it enough. Its so durable even when getting wet in the pool. It’s foldable so it is easy to pack. And it looks great on everyone. They have multiple colors as well. Must check it out!
4. Beach Blanket
This beach blanket is perfect for long days on the sand. In fact I just used this last weekend on a trip to Amelia Island. It fit 4 adults and what is really neat about it, is that it’s weighted down by filling the corners up with sand. So easy and convenient.
5. Wolffer No.139 Dry Rose Hard Cider
We discovered this delicious rosé cider while on my birthday trip in Charleston and they had it at a brewery we visited in Amelia Island as well. It’s a great choice for anyone who doesn’t love beer and want something refreshing and delicious. It’s pretty high in alcohol so you don’t need too many, but it is now one of my favorite refreshing cocktails for a day outside.
