15 Minute HIIT Workout

If you want to get a quick but intense workout in, a HIIT workout is the way to go. As a mother of two, I always try to getting a super quick, and super sweaty workout in whenever I can, so I love me a good HITT workout.

What is a HIIT Workout?

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training. Consisting of intervals of super intense moves and short rests, these workouts are quick and can burn tons of calories if you max out your efforts on each move. You can even keep burning calories up to 48 hours after you’ve completed your workout with the Afterburn Effect, which can keep you feeling great all day! 15-Minute HIIT Workout

This workout takes you back to the basics, but if you do them right you will be super sweaty afterwards and ready to take on the day!

What you will need:

Set the timer for 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. Go all out and repeat one time for a 15 minute sweat sesh.

15 Minute HIIT Workout

I did this one out in the backyard for a little Vitamin D and had a visitor join in with me. There is no equipment needed in this workout so it is so easy for him to jump right in and workout with me.

HIIT Workout - Squat Jumps

He definitely has my love for working out and always wants to partake in a great workout. Especially during Quarantine, we bonded over family workouts and YouTube videos to keep us sane.

I lost him here for a bit at the burpees, though. But he was back with me after his rest.
