Happy Friday! Are you wearing your T. Swift outfits today? Apparently the kids at school decided it was dress like Taylor day today for their non-uniform day. So we had fun dressing up this morning. As a mom with a 10 year old, Taylor Swift is the whole world to her and her songs are the soundtrack to our lives. I don’t mind though, I enjoy her songs and sing along (except the ones that play on repeat everywhere you go.) Anyways, it’s a Fab Friday as always, so let’s jump into the Fab Five from the past week!
1. Walmart Art
The first Fab Five is this wall art I randomly found while killing time at Walmart. There is a section of home decor there that I was all googly eyes over and had no idea existed at Walmart. When I came across this set of two, I really loved them and thought they would look perfect in our master bedroom. I love how they came out!
2. Brother Sister Weekend
My brother randomly came up to visit us last weekend and it was the best! Since it was a three day weekend for MLK day, it was great to spend the extra time with him. He is so much fun! And I get to see him again in a couple weeks for the Chili Cookoff!
3. Toptracer Range at Clermont National
My brother is really into golf lately and he and Brett have been hitting up the course at my parent’s house anytime he comes to visit. The driving range at Clermont National is awesome. The view is gorgeous and it feels like TopGolf with the computers and trackers. We went to the range one day while he was here and I could not for the life of me get the ball on the green during closest to the pin. I went back by myself while the guys golfed and I did it!! So I snapped a picture because I was so happy, haha! I really want to get good enough to play a round with them, that would be so fun, so that is the goal.
4. Schweini’s Delicatessen
We also had a chance to explore some new restaurants and shops in Winter Garden with the family which was so much fun. Schweini’s Delicatessen is a little German deli off Main Street with a great atmosphere for watch Soccer games. It was packed and super lively and the food was really unique! The pretzel and spicy bier cheese dip was delicious! I’d def hit this place back up for a switch up of the normal lunch spots.
5. The Spice & Tea Exchange
Another place we went to for the first time was The Spice & Tea Exchange. It had really cute pottery, tons of spices and loose leaf teas along with other accessories for brewing tea at home. Since I’ve been drinking lot of tea during Dry January, I loved this little dish to put your tea bag on! “Hey there hot-tea”! so cute.
I hope you enjoyed this week’s Fab Five Friday! Have a wonderful weekend!
Great time!
