Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Whole natural almonds
  • 2 tbsp Flax-meal
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 6-ounce Tilapia Filets
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place almonds and flax-meal in a food processor for about 45 seconds or until finely ground. Then, transfer mixture to a shallow dish.
  • Heat avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Layout Tilapia filets and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Brush Dijon mustard over both sides of fillets and dredge in crumb mixture.
  • Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
