- 1/4 cup Whole natural almonds
- 2 tbsp Flax-meal
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 6-ounce Tilapia Filets
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Place almonds and flax-meal in a food processor for about 45 seconds or until finely ground. Then, transfer mixture to a shallow dish.
Heat avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Layout Tilapia filets and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Brush Dijon mustard over both sides of fillets and dredge in crumb mixture.
Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
