This weekend included a last minute trip to Clearwater to visit my Mother and Father in law. We haven’t gotten a chance to celebrate Father’s Day and Brett’s birthday due to some unexpected family events that cancelled our original plans, so we were eager to check in and see each other.
Friday night we went to our friends house for game night. We played Telestrations After Dark and it was hilarious. Brett and I have not laughed that hard in a very long time. I definitely need more of this in my life.
We also played Tiny hands, but it got too hard so we stopped. 
The kids had a blast, and it was a cue to leave when Reece passed out on the couch.
We decided to leave early Saturday morning just for the day so we could give Brett a very special gift for this combo holiday and celebrate Brett’s Dad as well.
We were also super excited that Nana and Papa camp was still accepting visitors and Rylee was able to stay for the week as we originally planned. She couldn’t wait for us to leave.
We enjoyed lunch at the golf course country club nearby before heading home.
Sunday, Reece and I had golf lessons at Orange County National and Brett wanted to try out one of his new clubs that just came in. It was so hot out there but there was a really nice breeze!
I can’t wait to play my first round of golf. They have a shorter course called the Tooth and our goal is to keep practicing so we can play a round together with our coach, Bobby.
I spent the rest of the day doing laundry and starting to pack for our summer beach vacation coming up, grocery shopped and made a few returns to Target and Homegoods.
