If you are looking for a unique experience, there’s a little place called Wildflower Farm in Orlando that is worth checking out. Especially when it mixes Yoga with the cutest baby goats I have ever seen. My girlfriends and I have had this on our bucket lists for a while, so when we discovered this place, we were so excited to check it out. This is baby goat yoga at Wildflower Farm and it was so much fun!
It seems a little off a beaten path to get to, but when you arrive you definitely feel a welcoming and special vibe.
The Yoga “studio” is in an open air barn so it’s covered from the sun which is nice.
You start off facing backwards as they hand out bottles of warm milk and open the pen for the cutest ever baby goat stampede.
Once the baby goats have devoured the milk, the yoga class begins, but the goats are still hungry.
So they nibble on all kinds of lettuces throughout the class, stopping by everyone’s mats and even jumping on people’s backs during table top pose.
Sometimes two or three of them at a time!
The Yoga instructor was really great, too. The goats may get all the attention, but I noticed how good the actual class was too. She did an amazing job and I have to say it must be the most fun way to teach Yoga ever!
After the class you’re invited to take more adorable photos and check out the rest of the farm. They also sell homemade goat cheese. But get in line quick cause it sells out fast!
I’m always game for switching up my normal workout routine so baby goat Yoga did just that. And was such a fun experience!
