Happy Friday! These weeks are flying by! Can you believe that it’s the end of September and October is right around the corner? This week was another crazy one with Brett traveling for work. I was solo parenting and doing double duty with the dance and soccer drop offs. Needless to say, it was a very long week. We also kicked off our school’s first fundraiser of the year, and being more involved it was definitely a learning experience! I can’t say enough that I am ready for the weekend. So let’s get into this week’s Fab Five Friday
Aldi Halloween Decor
I always love the special aisle at Aldi, even though Brett hates when I go down it. And this last time, it did not disappoint with the selection of Halloween decor. Every Halloween season I like to add a few things to my collection and I could not pass up this skeleton candle holder and candles. It is going to make an exceptional additional to my holiday decor. That is on the agenda for this weekend for sure—getting down all the Halloween decor and putting it out. I can’t wait!
Under-the-bed Storage
I have been racking my brain for solutions to help with my tiny closet dilemma. I started clearing out all the older items I never use anymore, but I still didn’t feel like it was helping. So, I decided to make use of our under the bed space and stow away all of my bulky sweaters that I can’t wear 70% of the time here in Florida. And I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. It really was such a waste of space to have all of that hanging when it can be easily folded and stored under the bed. I love the look of these storage boxes too.
Mimosa Carafes
These things are so great for setting up a mimosa bar on a budget. They are really great quality and look nice too. I would definitely recommend them if you were thinking of entertaining but didn’t want to break the bank on pitchers for holding juice or other mixers.
Fantasy Football Wins
Definitely happy for a win this week in Fantasy Football! And it was against my own loving husband. (Can’t brag too much cause I can’t have karme biting me in the a$$ for this week 😉 So Cheers to football this weekend!
