Happy Friday! It’s halfway through summer, and man is it flying by! Is anyone else getting into that organization mode and starting to think through routines for back to school or is it just me? I know we have another month before school starts, but it feels like it is going to come so fast. Lots has been going on over here and it’s the best part of the week, Fab Five Friday! So let’s get into it!
1. Brett’s Surprise 40th Birthday
Up first is a highlight of the rockin’ surprise birthday I threw for Brett`s 40th birthday. I love this group so much they are the best and I’m so thankful for our group of friends who came out to celebrate with Brett for this milestone birthday. We celebrated at Disney Springs and I put together a bar crawl to all the rock/live music places along the way. He was so shocked, the video was hilarious, I don’t think he knew what was going on. It was such a blast and we’ll never forget this amazing memory made with this group of amazing people.
2. Aerie Leggings
Rylee and I discovered this brand on a mother daughter trip to the mall and fell in love. The fabric is so light and comfortable and the price point is very reasonable. They reminded me of the Lululemon Align leggings, but half the price. I did have to size up for a more comfortable fit. Rylee got an adorable pair of flowy shorts that look so cute on her.
3. Target Circle Week for School Uniforms
I am sure that you have seen the advertisement for Target’s Circle week by now. When I logged in earlier this week I came across the 30% off of uniforms and jumped on it! This year we had to stock up on uniforms for Reece since he’s still wearing his kindergarten close (don’t judge, gotta get use out of these babies!) Reece is very particular about the uniforms he likes to wear and it has to the Cat & Jack Performance Uniform Polo Shirt and the Quick Dry Uniform Shorts.
4. Honest Beauty Products
Target Circle Week also had sales on my favorite Honest Beauty products. I love this brand for the quality, healthy ingredients and price points as a great addition to my facial care routine.
5. Dark Chocolate Pomegranate
Brett will laugh at me for this, but I will give a shout out to my favorite after dinner treat. I get these everytime I go to Aldi pretty much, they are so delicious. Sometimes you just need a little sweet treat after dinner while you watch your favorite show, and I love them.
