Live Beautifully Podcast with Katrina Scott

I have been following Katrina for years, when she started Tone It Up on her Youtube channel for workout videos. I have her book 28 Days to Fit, Fierce and Fabulous, bought many of her products like her Collagen Creamer (so good in coffee!) and have loved watching her brand grow in Target and online. And now she’s started a podcast! I didn’t know she has a blog, but that’s actually where Live Beautifully started. I’ve listened to her first two podcasts and I love her so far! I’ve already learned so much more about her, and she sounds like such a sweet and caring person who genuinely cares about others and empowering women to follow their dreams. She gave me some homework on the first full podcast I am really looking forward to working on!

Design Loves Detail Instagram Account

My friend Loreyn turned me on to this Insta account, and I am obsessed with her style! Her designs are beautiful with neutral colors and bright whites. She shares the best links on her Gram for sales, dupes of designer brands and other amazing finds! I found my master bedroom night stands through her blog and absolutely love them! (My next home project! 😉 She goes into more detail on her projects and designs as well on her blog.

Roborock 24 Max Robot

Brett and I are obsessed with this thing! It’s still bit pricey, although not as much as a Roomba (which can be almost $799!!). When we first ran it, it made a legit map of our home and then we were able to set it on a schedule to run in certain parts of the house on specific days. It’s amazing. It works great on the transition from carpet to hard floor, too. So worth the investment, to be free of vacuuming the house yet always walking into a room with a freshly cleaned floor!

Jovitec Kids Safe Knives

These knives are so fun for the kids! I never used to let them cook with me in the kitchen because I was always so nervous about them using real knives. These are plastic, kid safe, and they actually cut things!! It’s a great way to teach the kids a new skill, without being terrified about someone losing a finger!

Headspace Guide to Meditation

This one really surprised me. But I think that with doing Yoga in the mornings now, the thought of meditation has been so intriguing to me lately. If Yoga could clear my head so well and set me up for a positive and productive day, what could meditation do? I decided to give it a shot, and it’s very powerful. I’ve been doing it at night, which relaxes me into slumber and it’s amazing, since that is the time of day when my mind really starts to race.

And since I found this short series, I also saw that Headspace has a series in the Starbucks app! I haven’t tried it yet, but on my next coffee run, I’m thinking about putting the headphones in, talking a stroll and listening to some mindful meditation while I sip my brew.

Thanks for stopping by! If you liked this Fab Five, check out some passed ones here!
