One of my favorite memories each year is hearing what the kids want to be for Halloween and helping them find the perfect costumes. I was looking back at some of the ideas we had for siblings and some of them came out so good. It can be hard for brother and sister to agree a lot of the time, so it’s hilarious and fun to look back at the years we made it work. If you want to go down memory lane with me, or need some ideas, here are some Halloween costume ideas for boy girl siblings.
Frozen
Depending on which princess your little girl likes better, Anna or Elsa, this pairs perfectly with Olaf. There are so many Elsa costumes to choose from, like this one from Target, now that the second movie came out, too. You can find Olaf costumes anywhere, the cheapest price I found was Walmart.
I could not stop laughing when Reece was trick or treating in this one. It was hilarious and too cute.
Super Heros
This one was such a hit, they ended up wearing the costumes two years in a row. I really can’t complain about it, as much as I wanted to buy them new ones, they loved it and we didn’t mind the savings. For a Halloween costume idea for boy girl siblings, this works great, because there are no limits to the combinations you can have. Power Rangers
One year, the kids were really into Power Rangers. Reece was adamant about being the red one, and Rylee was going to be pink. At the last minute she changed her mind, but I still think this would be a great sibling costume idea.
Looking back, all three of these ideas can definitely be dressed by the whole family. Which is great, because I think it’s so much fun to see what the kids are interested in being, and then work around that for the family.
